Perimenopause is the phase before menopause where you begin to experience a change in the length of your periods and duration of your bleeding. It can start as early as 5-10 years before the actual menopause.

    Thanks a lot mam...aap jis tareh se apni baat ko kehti aur samzati hai that is really amazing...aaj kal jis nutritionist ko dekho voh kehte hai wheat mat khao,white rice mat khao,16 hrs ki intermittent fasting karo,sugar toh khaani hi nahi hai,millet khao,brown rice khao,ragi ki roti khao,bla bla,bla...mind ko confuse kar diya hai...mam maine kuch tym tak ragi roti consume kari thi and I have faced severe headache n gastric problem...plz aap suggest kijiye hame wheat chapati n white apni diet me consume karni hai ya nahi...plz suggest me❤❤
